9 Students will

10 Students will
(a). find and analyze a variety of sources to support an argument (being informed citizen)
(b). use sources to justify opinions publicly (analyzing and discerning information)
(c). continue being members of a club or community organization (involved and connected with community)
(d). identify an issue of personal concern and engage in a constructive dialogue about it (advocating appropriately)
(e). participate in service to the community
11 (a). find and review sources with multiple viewpoints (being informed citizen)
(b). syntesize multiple sources to support an opinion (analyzing and discerning information)

9 When presented with a problem or task, Students will follow directions, work constructively in a group for a common cause (Know Your Role)
10 When presented with a problem or task, Students will assess strategies and options, identify needed resources to determine a course of action, and work constructively in a group
11 When presented with a problem or task, Students will implement and revise their response(s) as needed based on available resources, building on the problem solving process from previous years, working constructively in a group
12 When presented with a problem or task, students will make well-informed decisions, pursue the constructively created agreed-upon solution to its conclusion, demonstrate successful leadership demonstrated by successful delegation of tasks
Early College & Career Readiness
9 Students will
(a). identify and understand the relationship between self discovery and post-secondary options
(b). develop and demonstrate proficient use of technological tools
(c). understand and determine strengths and weaknesses within executive function skills
(d) ensure course selections supports post-secondary options
10 Students will
(a) investigate post-secondary options for inclusion in their post-secondary plan
(b) develop and refine proficiency on multiple technological tools
(c) utilize executive functioning skills (inhibition, shift, emotional control, initiation, working memory, planning & organization, organization of materials and self-monitoring)
(d) strengthen study skills to prepare for college courses
11 Students will
(a). refine plan for post-secondary options
(b). utilize strengths, experiences to identify potential internships, Capstone project options and college level courses
(c). ensure course selections supports post-secondary options
(d) be successful in the college courses that they are taking
12 Students will have actuated a personal plan which emcompasses their experiences, interests, and aspirations for the future.
